We are looking for an experienced and committed procurement consultant who wants to make a difference in an organization that invests in the future!

About the role

As a procurement consultant, you will:

Analyze procurement categories and identify savings potentials as well as strategic improvement areas.

Support and conduct procurements to create value and efficiency.

Drive change initiatives and implement new processes within procurement.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in strategic and operational procurement.

Experience in category management and spend analysis, including identifying savings opportunities.

Ability to manage the entire process from needs identification to contract signing (Source-to-Contract, S2C), which includes conducting market analyses, driving procurement processes, and evaluating suppliers to ensure the best possible business terms and collaborations.

Experience in transformation projects and experience in supporting change initiatives and implementing new processes.

Strong analytical skills – ability to conduct data analyses and create clear visualizations to present insights related to procurement operations.

Desirable:

Experience in procurement digitization projects (e.g., implementation of P2P/S2P systems).

Experience from the insurance industry or similar sectors.

Background in change management within procurement and supply chain.

Expected deliverables:

Create and present spend analyses and category overviews.

Develop strategic recommendations based on business needs.

Support procurements and contribute to smoother supplier relationships.

Implement new working methods and contribute to the transformation!

Your role in the assignment

The consultant is expected to work with analyses, category management, and procurements, as well as lead certain change activities with a business-oriented and data-driven approach.
