Sifvert Skruv is one of Sweden's most reputable companies in fasteners. With over 160 years of experience and a steady focus on the future, we are also a company in the midst of an exciting growth journey. We are now looking for a field salesperson who wants to help shape our next chapter.

Your new everyday life

You will have a strong focus on new customer acquisition (about 80%) – while also building a portfolio that you will manage and grow. You will sell technical solutions within fasteners to the Swedish manufacturing industry.

This is not just about taking orders. It is about understanding the customer's needs, creating smart solutions, and building business relationships that last over time.

You will have clear goals, plan your own time, travel, and agenda – but you will never be alone. We support you with sales support, technology, logistics, and orders.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe you are an experienced B2B salesperson who wants more freedom, more influence, and more speed in your everyday life. You have a burning business drive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationships, results, and solutions are at the center. You are motivated by being challenged and thrive in a learning culture.

We would like you to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing industry or technical segment
  • Technical understanding – preferably within fasteners, components, or industrial products
  • Ability to drive the entire sales process – from the first meeting to closing
  • Structure, energy, and CRM experience
  • Driver's license and ability to travel for work (at least 50–60%)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
