Are you a qualified vocational teacher in health and care? We are looking for a new colleague who wants to help develop our vocational education. We offer a varied and challenging assignment where you can help train tomorrow's healthcare professionals. It is an advantage if you are also a nurse in addition to being a vocational teacher.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching degree in relevant subjects, documented professional skills, and experience working in high school.
• Has a passion for young people's right to a good education and is interested in meeting the individual needs and circumstances of students.
• Appreciates collaborating with other colleagues, has a positive and solution-focused approach, and thereby contributes to developing both competence and well-being within the team.
• Is skilled at creating motivation and building good relationships with students.
• Has the ability to provide a safe and pedagogical mentorship carried out in a team with colleagues.

Victum Gymnasium is located in central Helsingborg, next to Helsingborg C. The school is situated in a beautiful building with pleasant facilities and a view of Öresund. Daily, 220 students and around 20 staff members meet here. We offer the Health and Care Program, the Child and Recreation Program, and Introduction Programs. Victum is an independent high school operated by Victum AB, a family-owned educational company that has been running high school activities in Helsingborg since 2002.

Practical information about the positions: Employment rate: 100%. Permanent position with a probationary period or according to agreement. Start date 2025-08-06.

The position includes, in addition to teaching, responsibility for practical training.

Victum offers agreements via the Almega independent school agreement and practices seasonal employment.
