EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

The Education Administration works with a perspective from 1 to 19 years and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. BALDERS SCHOOL

At Baldersskolan, with just over 430 students, you have the opportunity to work in professional and creative teams. Together with colleagues, the school principal, and two assistant principals, you will help build and further develop Baldersskolan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role at Baldersskolan, you will conduct teaching and related tasks such as preparation and follow-up of lessons and grading. You will come to a school with a very high percentage of qualified teachers, where we value competence and the ability to create good relationships. You will be part of a team where you collaborate for equity in teaching and ensure that students have a safe and developing school day.

You challenge students to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. We see that you have a good ability to tailor and visualize your teaching. You conduct varied teaching that mixes theory with practical exercises.

In your teaching role with us, you will also work on ongoing development related to language and knowledge-developing methods as well as health for learning. A development effort where you, together with other school staff, actively work to establish and maintain a good learning and working environment for students and staff at our school. Your role includes mentorship where you follow and support your mentees in their knowledge development and personal growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification with qualifications to teach grades 4-6 in Math, Science, Technology, and English.

Personal Attributes

You have a good understanding of and knowledge about the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have a good didactic and pedagogical ability and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a conducive and positive learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence, you can develop your pedagogical work. Of course, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. You have the desire to collaborate in teams and engage in development work both with students, in the team, and at the school. To fit as a primary school teacher with us, it is important that you have the ability to create trusting relationships with both colleagues and students, guardians, and other stakeholders around the student.
