Yrkesgymnasiet in Malmö is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher in HVAC, but we also welcome applicants with at least five years of work experience in the HVAC industry.

With us, students learn a profession from the ground up in real workplaces with experienced supervisors. In this position, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with the future colleagues in HVAC. More than half of the students' training time takes place in a workplace, providing them with a solid foundation and an advantage in the job market. Our students are prepared in the best possible way for their future careers with the support of their supervisors and engaged educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in HVAC or has at least five years of experience in the HVAC industry and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge between school, students, and the business community.
• Has a valid driver's license and preferably access to a personal vehicle.
• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future careers.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or substantial experience in the HVAC industry and a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of HVAC professionals. Teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable but not required.
