Yrkesgymnasiet Malmö is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher for the Construction and Civil Engineering program, but we also welcome applicants with at least five years of work experience in the construction and civil engineering industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with the builders of the future. More than half of the students' training time takes place in a workplace, providing them with a solid foundation and an advantage in the job market. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Construction and Civil Engineering or has at least five years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge between the school, students, and industry.
• Has a valid driver's license and preferably access to a personal vehicle.
• Has the ability to work independently while also being team-oriented and collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future careers.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or extensive experience in construction and civil engineering and a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of construction workers. A teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable but not required.
