We are looking for someone who wants to be part of Toftanässkolan, one of the newest schools in the School Administration! Here you will have the opportunity to help build a school and together we create a school for everyone! We are looking for a primary school teacher with broad qualifications for younger students for the autumn term. As a teacher with us, your teaching and pedagogical work should be modern and creative. Together we will find strategies to strengthen our students, both academically and in their personal development. Toftanässkolan has a clear focus on strong and high leadership, which means that everyone is given the conditions and is expected to have the abilities and attitude to exercise leadership regardless of their professional role.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a certified teacher with broad qualifications for teaching grades F-2. You have previous experience working as a teacher. You should have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and you know how to effectively apply them in daily work. We also expect you to have good didactic and pedagogical skills and that you can independently lead and organize your work. It is important that you can and want to develop your work based on evidence-based research, and we expect you to have both knowledge and experience working with digital learning tools. At Toftanässkolan, we believe it is important that everyone has a flexible mindset and a willingness to collaborate. Since we have a strong belief in shared leadership, we also expect that everyone has the ability and willingness to drive forward together with others.
