About the Role and Your Responsibilities

One of our teachers is going on parental leave, and we are now looking for a substitute for the upcoming school year.

Are you the one we are looking for? You will teach physical education to grades 4-6, but other educational tasks may also occur. Each employee belongs to a work team led by their team leader, and you have a common meeting time in the team once a week.

Your role includes mentorship, where you have a special responsibility to follow up and support the individual students' development in close collaboration with the student's guardians.

You are well-versed in the governing documents and plan your teaching based on them.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for someone with a teaching license and qualifications to teach physical education in grades 4-6.

In your work, you have a clear student focus, see the competent student, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. With your drive and commitment, you inspire your students. You work to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. In your work, you are positive and engaged, have good collaboration skills, and feel comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing.

About the Workplace

At Genarps School, we have about 300 students in grades 4-9. We care about creating good relationships with each other and with our students. In our improvement work, we focus on accessible learning environments and a relational teaching approach. We work in bright and fresh premises, and each classroom is equipped with a smartboard/projector.
