Vikenstugan Preschool is an independent preschool run as a staff cooperative within an economic association. The preschool is beautifully located in the scenic Ljunghusen, close to the sea.

The preschool has 114 children aged 1-5 years distributed across 6 departments with age-mixed groups. The children are offered a high-quality continuous educational program with good routines and flexible educators.

We are looking for someone with a broad pedagogical competence, who has the ability to conduct a structured operation regarding planning, implementation, follow-up, and documentation.

You see collaboration as a given and have a good ability to work with the various professional categories present in a preschool, but can also work independently.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be positive, proactive, and have a strong interest in working with children.

You are a qualified preschool teacher, childcare worker, or educator.

You will be part of a positive team with inspiring and skilled educators. At Vikenstugan Preschool, you will work together with your team to plan and implement the activities and further develop them together with both children and colleagues. You should be well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents.

We see it as a prerequisite that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing and that you view each child from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of children.
