About Antilopenskolan

Antilopenskolan is a F-6 school in central Klippan with good communication opportunities. Approximately 220 students attend the school, of which about 90 are enrolled in the after-school program. Joy, safety, and development permeate our school. ICT is an important part of students' learning, and Klippan municipality has invested in one-to-one from grade 4. Language-developing methods through cooperative learning permeate our teaching. We believe in shared leadership in the classrooms, both from the students' knowledge perspective and from the teachers' work environment. Therefore, the school invests in a two-teacher system in grades 1-6.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled and engaged teacher for our upcoming F-class in August. You will be welcomed by a professional, competent, and supportive team focused on students' learning. The team is responsible for our students in grades F-3. Our benchmark for mentorship in the classes is about 15 students per teacher.

Your mission will be to work with your team to create the best conditions for every student to succeed in their learning. You will follow the students' development and challenge each individual student according to their abilities. You will document, reflect, and analyze your work independently, but also together with your colleagues. You have drive and are eager to contribute to the school's quality work. An active values-based approach is a given for you, where a curious gender perspective is also included. ICT is a natural part of your teaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified primary school teacher F-3

You are a trained primary school teacher F-3 or equivalent.

You have well-developed skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We expect you to be engaged and inspiring. The security in your professional role is combined with clarity and the ability to set boundaries. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize teaching, analyze results, and conclude activities. You see the advantage of having several educators who collectively take responsibility for a class. You are stimulated by the opportunity to use your different competencies to optimize students' knowledge development. For you, collegial learning is a natural incentive in your own development as an educator. You are particularly interested in creating good conditions for students in difficulties and have great competence to meet all different students. You work language-focused with an emphasis on developing students' language skills. You are well acquainted with reading and writing learning.
