EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

The Education Administration works with a perspective from 1 to 19 years and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear child and student focus, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. BALDERS SCHOOL

At Balders School, with just over 430 students, you have the opportunity to work in professional and creative teams. Together with colleagues and the school's principal and two assistant principals, you will be involved in building and further developing Balders School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher in leisure home/leisure pedagogue for Balders School in Staffanstorp municipality. We offer a permanent position at 100%, with start date according to agreement.

As a leisure pedagogue, your work includes, among other things, developing and driving educational work in our after-school care and in class, in accordance with the after-school care's governing documents, together with teachers and other educators. The teaching is based on current research and is adapted to each student group's conditions and needs. Your role includes participating in the school's and after-school care's development in both work teams and other pedagogical discussions among colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teacher Certification

We are looking for you who have a pedagogical education with a valid teacher certification focused on leisure homes.

Experience

You have experience in similar educational work.

Familiarity with Governing Documents

You are well acquainted with the governing documents of after-school care.

You have the qualifications to teach art or physical education in grades F-6.
