EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

The Education Administration works with a perspective from 1 to 19 years and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. BALDERS SCHOOL

At Balders School, with just over 430 students, you have the opportunity to work in professional and creative teams. Together with colleagues and the school's principal and two assistant principals, you will help build and further develop Balders School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach, inspire, and develop students in grades 6-9 in French and an additional subject based on your qualifications. Your assignment includes planning and implementing teaching to achieve learning and development for students based on their individual conditions. You will document and follow up on students' learning and development and communicate this with students and guardians. You should have the ability to see each student, strengthen their belief in their ability to learn, and stimulate lifelong learning.

Your teaching assignment also includes preparing students for life in a democratic and multicultural society. You will be a mentor for a group of students and be part of a work team.

You are flexible and used to independently planning your work. You are solution-oriented, positive, and have a good ability to see the big picture. You have an inclusive approach and work to ensure that all students have good opportunities to achieve the curriculum goals. You are familiar with the governing documents and can explain the goals to the students. We also welcome interdisciplinary work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification in French and an additional subject

Subject teacher education in French for grades 6-9
