EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

The Education Administration works from a 1 to 19-year perspective and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. BALDERS SCHOOL

At Balders School, with just over 430 students, you have the opportunity to work in professional and creative teams. Together with colleagues and the school's principal and two vice principals, you will help build and further develop Balders School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher in a special education group at Balders School in Staffanstorp municipality. We offer a permanent position at 100%, with a start date according to agreement.

Together with the team, you will be responsible for the students' learning and development. In collaboration with other educators in the team, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. The teaching is based on current research and is adapted to each student's conditions. Your role includes participating in the school's development in both the team and other pedagogical discussions among colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching License

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education and a valid teaching license.

Experience

You have experience and knowledge of working with students with special needs and have good experience working according to a clarifying pedagogy so that school becomes comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful for the students.

Familiarity with Governing Documents

You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents.

Eligibility

Particularly meritorious if you have eligibility in Swedish and the social studies subjects for grades F-6.

Eligibility

We are looking for someone who is qualified to teach grades (F)1-6.
