At Balders School, with just over 430 students, you will have the opportunity to work in professional and creative teams. Together with colleagues and the school's principal and two assistant principals, you will help build and further develop Balders School.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Elementary Teacher 6-9 in Spanish at 20%

You will teach, inspire, and develop students in grades 6-9 in Spanish. Your responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons to achieve learning and development for students based on their individual conditions. You will document and follow up on students' learning and development and communicate this with students and guardians. You should have the ability to see each student, strengthen their confidence in their ability to learn, and stimulate lifelong learning.

You are flexible and accustomed to independently planning your work. You are solution-oriented, positive, and have a good ability to see the whole picture. You have an inclusive approach and work to ensure that all students have good opportunities to achieve the goals of the curriculum. You are familiar with the governing documents and can explain the goals to the students.
