Emanuelskolan is a F-6 school located in central Sjöbo. The school has approximately 360 students distributed across primary and middle school. You will be welcomed by a cheerful team with good cohesion. We help each other when needed and always have a laugh nearby.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a pedagogue in the after-school program, you will help drive the educational work forward together with a team. You contribute with your own development drive, planning and implementing activities with great enthusiasm while participating in the development of the program's work together with others in the team. We are constantly working to develop our after-school program to create an educational and enjoyable environment based on the governing documents applicable to after-school programs.

You are generous in sharing knowledge, flexible in your working methods, and humble in your approach. You should appreciate being outdoors and see the outdoor environment as an asset, as well as recognize the importance of increased movement throughout the student's entire school day. We would like you to have experience and knowledge in outdoor pedagogy. Our schoolyard is large and invites a lot of movement and play; we would like to see you in the role of responsible recess pedagogue.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is:

• a licensed teacher in after-school programs,
• qualified in one or more practical-aesthetic subjects,
• experienced in working as a teacher in after-school programs,
• capable of planning, organizing, documenting, and following up on the educational work,
• able to take initiative and start processes, both in teams and in the program,
• able to create respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
