Videdal School is located in the Husie district in the middle of a residential area, within walking distance to Bulltofta recreational area. Its proximity to various contexts allows us to be a natural part of our beautiful Malmö. We have good communication options, inviting students from all over Malmö. We are a K-9 school with an associated after-school program, as well as an adapted primary school, a central special needs group focused on autism, and a vision program, enriching our school with all children. This breadth of expertise at our school contributes various perspectives to meet all students, thus creating a development organization to collaboratively create the best school for each student. Job Responsibilities

Are you a skilled teacher who wants to work on pedagogical development alongside your teaching role? Do you want to work in a salutogenic environment with learning and the student at the center? We are now looking for a lead teacher with instruction in Swedish/Social Studies for grades 4-6 and a lead teacher assignment focused on driving and developing the school's value foundation work supported by research and proven experience.

As a lead teacher with us, you will also work with your fellow lead teachers to drive the overall pedagogical development work at the school. The development efforts are identified in our systematic quality work and aim to increase goal fulfillment and work towards a common and sustainable value foundation at our school. You and your fellow lead teachers contribute to creating a coherent thread throughout the school and its various activities. Together, you will lead, plan, and organize the development initiatives and processes you identify in close collaboration with the school management.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a certified teacher with qualifications for grades 4-6 in Swedish/Social Studies. To be considered for the lead teacher role, you must be able to document at least four years of well-regarded work after graduation, with teaching within the framework of one or more employment positions in the education sector.

The following are seen as meritorious:

• Experience mentoring other teachers.
• Experience driving development work based on systematic quality work, preferably with a focus on value foundation work.
• Experience working according to CPS.

You enjoy a leadership role and have the ability to create direction while being team-focused, relationship-building, and fostering open and trusting working relationships.
