After-School Teacher at Hällby School

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an after-school teacher, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the after-school program's teaching and activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop the program. You will work with preschool classes to third grade as an educational resource with some teaching during school hours and in the after-school program after school hours. You will work closely with after-school staff, colleagues, students, and their guardians.
You are part of an engaged team that actively develops and supports students in their learning. Together with colleagues from other teams, you build a strong network that allows you to grow as an educator. Here, you can share your ideas and influence the school's development, creating an inspiring work environment for everyone.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained after-school teacher, leisure educator, primary school teacher, or preschool teacher. Alternatively, you are soon to be qualified. You have the qualifications to teach in after-school programs according to your teaching or preschool teacher certification.
We prefer that you have experience working in after-school programs or other educational activities. We seek an inspiring leader who can adapt their leadership style and effectively plan and follow up on their work. You communicate easily and openly with both adults and children, creating a safe and inclusive environment. We believe you want to grow in your role and actively contribute to the school's ongoing development work. You are an engaged and structured employee who can be flexible when needed. You are good at collaborating and building relationships.
