RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will teach grades 2-6 in wood and metal craft for 80%, with the remaining 20% to be agreed upon after discussion. You will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the current curriculum. You are skilled at adapting your teaching according to grade level and the varying knowledge levels and conditions of the students. You will work in small classes. You are alone in your role but have close collaboration with the school's textile craft teacher. You will be part of the grades 4-6 team where collegial cooperation is a focus. At Lundbyskolan, we have a strong culture of doing things together and supporting each other in our work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching certification with authorization to teach wood and metal craft for grades 2-6. You may also have ongoing education that will conclude shortly. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the relevant age groups and are well-versed in the curriculum. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and feel comfortable using IT tools in your work. If you are also accustomed to documenting in V-class, that is a plus.

You are a confident leader who can adapt your leadership style to the classroom situation and see the whole picture of the student's school situation. You are attentive and have good collaboration skills. You find it easy to communicate and build trusting relationships with students. We believe that you want to develop in your role as a teacher and contribute to the school's ongoing development.
