Who are you?

You have a burning interest in modern IT operations and security. Ideally, you have studied computer science, system development, or similar at university/college. If not, you have worked for several years as an IT consultant and enjoy seeing the big picture in the customer's environment.

It is important to us that you are communicative, pedagogical, and a skilled problem solver. You have social competence and a service-oriented approach towards both customers and colleagues.

What will you do?

You will outline the current state of customers' IT environments as well as the desired state and a recommended action plan related to it. The role requires good communication and collaboration skills, and you will be involved in the execution of the aforementioned action plans.

Dizparc Umeå also has a smaller support/service function that acts as the face to our customers; this is where the first contact is made when our customers have a problem, and it is an important quality parameter for us. Here, we work operationally to monitor and provide our customers with problem-solving via phone, email, and remote control, but also on-site at our customers' locations. We have a structured approach to case management, where we continuously follow up on our deliveries and always strive to improve and become more efficient. Your role will be to support questions that the first line in the service desk cannot handle.
