About the position

As an IT consultant at TeamNorr, you will be part of a knowledgeable and close-knit team that jointly helps customers with everything related to IT support, printers, computers, servers, data centers, networks, telephony, and more. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing customer needs and developing suitable IT solutions

• Planning and implementing IT solutions

• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and server infrastructures

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site

• Performing technical evaluations and recommendations for improvements in the IT environment

Who are you?

You have knowledge in user support, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network administration. You should have strong communication skills to communicate clearly and convincingly with users and colleagues.

Requirements

• IT consultant with 2–4 years of experience

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• B driver's license
