Technical Support Alcohol Lock

About the Position

Overall, you will provide the company's dealers, service partners, authorities, and end customers with professional and well-documented technical support and follow-up, primarily via phone or email.

You will analyze log files for alcohol locks and draw conclusions about events and violations, as well as conduct troubleshooting, problem analysis, and impact assessments in case of deviations. Analyzing installations of alcohol locks in existing and new car models and summarizing these in installation instructions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Assisting with configuration and quality assurance of the company's products before delivery will also be part of your workday. We are happy to combine our alcohol locks with other products, such as telematics units, where you can express your creativity. Furthermore, you will maintain an internal case management system for both authorities and workshops as well as end customers.

You will also conduct technical training, primarily via MS Teams, for dealers, service partners, and internally regarding the installation and use of alcohol locks. As Dignita expands, you may also be involved in support for international dealers.

About You

We prefer that you have a technical high school education or experience with aftermarket vehicle electronics and additional equipment. Experience working with customers and customer service is also important.

Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English are required. You also have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are self-driven, positive, and curious to learn new things. With good communication skills, you also find it easy to build relationships and collaborate with others. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused.
