Your everyday life with us

In the role of IT technician, you will work closely with the company's customers with our entire IT offering, but above all focus on installation, maintenance, and deployment. Your everyday tasks will include cable pulling, assembly, and troubleshooting. As an IT technician, you will be part of our service team and together with the service desk handle the incoming ticket queue. You are often the one who is out with our customers and is our face to the outside world. Therefore, it is important to always have a pleasant demeanor, be attentive, and keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be crucial for their experience and whether we have a satisfied customer.

Travel within and outside the county is part of this position. You will be based in our offices in Västerslätt and need to have a B driver's license to reach our customers.

What we expect from you

We believe that you are solution-oriented, outgoing, and enjoy a lot of variety in your work. Previous experience in the IT industry is desirable, but installation experience and an eye for detail are valued more highly. We think you have a genuine interest in technology, are driven, customer-focused, and practically minded. It is important that you contribute positive energy and want to help develop our IT offering. In the role of IT technician, you also have great opportunities to develop and take the next step into the role of IT consultant.
