We are looking for a Technical Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient IT support for the organization. In this role, you will be part of a technical team responsible for delivering support and technical solutions that meet the organization's needs. You will also work on adapting and optimizing existing IT environments and contribute to development and improvement projects.

• Handle and resolve technical issues in the service desk and ensure that end-users receive quick and effective support.
• Proactively work to improve the IT environment by implementing new solutions and optimizing existing systems.
• Support the organization in various IT-related projects and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other IT specialists to ensure a high level of technical support.

• Has an academic degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Has 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical service desk.
• Is an analytical and solution-oriented person with good technical understanding.
• Has the ability to build trust and engagement at all levels of the organization.
• Is a communicative team player who thrives in a dynamic and developing environment.

• Location: Umeå
• Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment via A-hub.
• Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
