Your new job As our new support technician at Komatsu Forest, you will work in 2nd line support and handle IT infrastructure and user support. You will assist users both on-site and remotely via our ServiceDesk, where you will become a key person in creating a smooth IT environment for our employees. We encourage you to develop and offer you the opportunity to grow into other roles over time, depending on interest and needs.

Your tasks include: • Providing technical support and troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID • Working with client management, device administration, and IT security • Creating educational documentation, such as quick guides and procedure descriptions, to facilitate for users and colleagues • Managing printers, backup solutions, and computers while contributing to an efficient and secure IT environment • Opportunity to work with automation and scripting in PowerShell if you are interested.

You will be an important part of our team in ICT Infrastructure & Operations, where we work together to find the best solutions for our users.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with an education in IT or equivalent experience in IT support and IT infrastructure. You have experience working with Microsoft services, Office 365, and Active Directory, and you are comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English. As a person, you are pedagogical, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You enjoy helping others, are curious about new technology, and thrive in a role where you can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
