We are looking for two self-driven and experienced Fullstack Developers for a consulting assignment in the public sector in Umeå. 

The assignment runs from May 5 to December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

You will become part of an existing development team within the Center for Information Technology and Medical Technology. The team is working on developing a central solution for managing master data related to organization, identity, and systems – an initiative that complements the region's new identity management system. You are expected to contribute throughout the development chain, from idea to delivery, within several parallel projects and assignments that support digitization and infrastructure within the region.

Responsibilities

• Development of a central master data solution within the Microsoft environment (.NET, C#, Blazor, etc.)
• Active participation in all phases of system development: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery
• Work closely with team members and other project stakeholders within the region
• Participate in various digitization initiatives and technology projects within the infrastructure area
• Perform unit tests and ensure code quality through tools like Xunit
• Utilize and integrate cloud solutions, particularly within Azure and Power Platform

About you

We are looking for someone who is used to working independently and has a strong technical commitment. You are confident in the role of a fullstack developer, communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and have a strong desire to contribute to socially beneficial solutions within healthcare.

Experience and skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a fullstack developer within the Microsoft environment
• Solid knowledge of .NET, .NET Core, C#, Blazor, and Entity Framework
• Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests, preferably with Xunit
• Good knowledge of Azure and Power Platform
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple parallel assignments is a plus
