About the position

As an IT consultant at TeamNorr, you are part of a knowledgeable and close-knit team that jointly assists customers with everything related to IT support, printers, computers, servers, data centers, networks, and telephony, among other things. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate IT solutions
• Planning and implementing IT solutions
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and server infrastructures
• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site
• Performing technical evaluations and recommendations for improvements in the IT environment

Who are you?

For us to thrive and develop together, engagement, goal focus, and customer satisfaction are important to you. You have knowledge in user support, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network administration. You should have strong communication skills to communicate with users and colleagues clearly and convincingly. Do you recognize yourself? Requirements

• IT consultant with 2–4 years of experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
