We are now looking for 6 Technical Specialists/Service Desk Support for an exciting assignment in Umeå! Do you have a passion for IT support and want to ensure that the organization receives the technical support it needs? Then this could be the role for you!

About the assignment As a Technical Specialist, you will be part of an engaged team where you report to the responsible team leader. Your main task is to ensure that the organization receives the requested technical support and that changes are smoothly integrated into the existing technical environment. The role may also involve participation in various projects and assignments within IT and medical technology.

What we are looking for We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant academic education or experience in IT and end-user support

1–2 years of experience in a similar role

Good basic technical competence

Ability to listen, analyze, and build trust at all levels of the organization

Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Practical Information:

Start date: March 10, 2025 or immediately

Duration: December 31, 2025

Location: Umeå, onsite

Scope: Full-time 100%
