Your Responsibilities

As an IT technician, you will work closely with the company's customers with our entire IT offering, but primarily focus on installation, maintenance, and deployment. Your daily tasks will include cable installation, assembly, and troubleshooting. As an IT technician, you will be part of our service team and together with the service desk handle the incoming ticket queue. You will often be out at our customers' locations and be our face to the outside world. Therefore, it is important to always have a pleasant demeanor, be attentive, and keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be crucial for their experience and whether we achieve a satisfied customer.

Travel within and outside the county is required for this position. You will be based at our offices in Västerslätt and need to have a valid driver's license (B) to reach our customers.

Your Profile

We believe you are solution-oriented, outgoing, and enjoy a wide variety of tasks in your work. Previous experience in the IT industry is desirable, but installation experience and an eye for detail are valued more highly. We think you have a genuine interest in technology, are driven, customer-focused, and practically inclined. It is important that you contribute positive energy and want to help develop our IT offerings. In the role of IT technician, you also have great opportunities to develop and take the next step into the role of IT consultant.
