RESPONSIBILITIES

As an RPA developer, you are an important member of our agile team. You will work in a team with colleagues who have high competence, and where you have great opportunities to deepen your knowledge in parts of our operational support that match your skills and interests.

As an RPA developer in the Data and Automation team, you will work through the entire lifecycle management of process automation from idea, analysis, architecture, development, management, and finally decommissioning of our solutions. This involves ongoing contacts with users, stakeholders, and information specialists, where you can see applications being used and creating value in practice. In the team, we have a high ceiling and collaborate to achieve our ambitious goals. An important part is also to be a role model and contribute to the team's deliveries even outside the RPA area. For us, our users are always in focus, driven by creating and providing operational support that generates benefits in both healthcare and support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in contributing to broader digitalization within Region Västerbotten's operations through automated process automation.

As the Region is a large and complex organization, it is important that you are driven by understanding the whole. As you will be carrying out robotizations and development assignments in different areas and complexities, it is important that you possess analytical skills and abstract thinking to achieve the best expected results from start to finish.

We see that you have a relevant academic education in systems/computer science, informatics, or other education we deem equivalent. Since we work agile, it is also advantageous if you have prior experience with agile methodologies.

You are proactive and self-driven in your work. You are motivated by change for improvement and enjoy being part of a team where we collectively find the best solution given the situation.

The tools and platforms we use are primarily Microsoft-based and various parts of the O365 package and Azure OpenAI for our chatbot solution.

For RPA and robotization, we use UiPath and to some extent Power Automate. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have prior knowledge and experience working with UiPath. If you are a certified UiPath developer, it is a significant plus.

We also see that you have a strong interest in developing within the role but also within the region. We strive to be leading in the region, which requires a constant desire for skill development.
