Our client, located centrally in Tomelilla, has a fantastic team of about 10 assistants, and we are now looking for you who want to become a reliable and valuable assistant and colleague. Here, there is a safe and nice workplace/employer for those who look long-term at their next job. We work according to daily routines, documentation, and have regular staff meetings.

Our client is an adult woman with MS, and you will often work with another assistant, but part of the shift you will also work independently. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of good collaboration with the client, relatives, colleagues, and assistance providers.

You will be offered a job where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. You will receive training and orientation on-site, but you will also have access to our training program and wellness initiatives.

The daily work consists of supporting the client in tasks they cannot do themselves. Our client needs help with everything from feeding through a tube to hygiene, training, and other daily chores such as shopping, laundry, and cleaning. The work takes place where our client is – usually in their own apartment where a cat also lives, but there are often small daily outings.

You will receive tailored orientation/training in all aspects of the client's needs and routines – it is important that both you as an assistant and our client feel secure. Our task is to make every day valuable and meaningful according to our client's wishes, energy, and needs.

We are looking for someone who is willing and able to work extra as needed and during vacation periods.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

You need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Experience in care is preferred, but the most important thing is your personality.

Desirable Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in similar work.
• No allergies to pets.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Are you able to work at least 50% during the vacation period of June, July, and August?
• If you can also take extra shifts on short notice, that is a big advantage.
• Perhaps you want to work alongside studies or another job – this could be the job for you.
• Active assistance is available 24/7, and working hours vary between day, evening, and night.
• We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and above all, caring.

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
