About You

On behalf of our client in Lund, we are looking for a mature personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes.

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a 15-year-old boy in Lund; it is a plus if you speak Tigrinya or Arabic and Swedish. We are looking for staff interested in working evening shifts, with working hours from 15:00 to 21:00.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at motivating and enjoy challenges in your work. You are a non-smoker.

The client is a 15-year-old boy who needs an assistant who is calm and understanding. The client enjoys listening to calm classical music, attends school, and has personal assistance during school hours. The client communicates non-verbally through body language and alternative communication. You will need to present a background check during the interview since the client is under 18 years old.

You can work days, evenings, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided at all hours of the day. Experience in personal assistance is a plus. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks related to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You will work supportively and motivationally. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
