Milana Assistans AB is a small company with close contact between clients, assistants, and management.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man living in Lund who has a physical disability due to a spinal cord injury.

The position is part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week with a varying work schedule.

It is advantageous if you have experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare. We place great importance on having a positive attitude, being attentive, easy to collaborate with, responsible, having a strong work ethic, and speaking fluent Swedish. It is crucial that there is a good personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client.

The job includes daily tasks, training, hygiene, and helping to live an active life. Walks, coffee breaks, cooking (traditional Swedish food), and good conversations are some of the requested activities, and it is very important that you share these interests.
