We are looking for a responsive, flexible, and meticulous personal assistant for a 35-year-old man in Lund. You have previous experience working as a personal assistant or have prior experience in the healthcare/care sector. You are seeking a well-functioning small workplace with loyal and strong team spirit where you give and receive a lot of joy and energy. You appreciate monthly workplace meetings that you of course participate in. Your task is to assist the user primarily in their home but also in daily activities and outings. In the user's home, there is also a small, friendly dog, and the family lives nearby and is active in the user's daily life. You have experience with non-verbal communication and preferably with epilepsy and are accustomed to delegating and administering medication. The job includes helping the user with daily hygiene, cooking, laundry, and taking responsibility for the upkeep of the home. You can work both independently and in a group. The working hours are day, evening, night, and weekend with a rotating four-week work schedule. A driver's license is an asset. The user has multiple disabilities with epilepsy as the primary condition. The user has a congenital injury. It is important for the user that you have a warm and compassionate attitude towards the assignment. Welcome with your application.
