We are currently looking for another female personal assistant who speaks Arabic for a cheerful 6-year-old boy living in Kristianstad.

As a personal assistant, you will work with a person with a disability. You will help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to ensuring that a person can live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

The boy has autism and ADHD and therefore needs structure and motivation in his daily life. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for, but we prefer that you can understand and make yourself understood in both Swedish and Arabic. Furthermore, it is important that you are engaged, respectful, and attentive, and that you dare to take your own initiatives. Education in care and nursing is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in working with others.

• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend. We would like you to be able to work flexibly.
