Personal Assistant Wanted in Trelleborg

We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for our wonderful client in Trelleborg. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of our client's daily life and contribute to a safe and secure environment.

Our client has an intellectual disability. She is an expressive girl who needs assistance with everything in her daily life. She is mobile to the extent she can, with the support of an assistant; otherwise, she uses a wheelchair or walker. She bowls and attends gymnastics during the day, and at night she needs security and engagement in her home.

The shifts are distributed between evening and night with some sleeping on-call duty.

You will work on a fixed rolling schedule and be part of a wonderful assistant group!

Working hours are at night from 21:00 to 07:00, including 4 hours and 17 minutes of on-call time at night. You will also work one Sunday day between 08:00 and 15:00 every four weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Personal hygiene and care
• Cooking and household chores
• Follow the schedule for daily activities
• Assist with lighter administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in care work or similar is not a requirement but is highly meritorious
• Good ability to collaborate and communicate with others
• Great flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
• For this position, we are only looking for women
