Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. About the assignment
We are now looking for creative and active assistants for our client who studies at Furuboda Folk High School.
The client in question is a girl in her 20s with a great interest in animals. She enjoys music, dance, and exercise just as much as relaxing and watching a movie.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and has good empathetic skills while also being talkative and playful. You should be flexible regarding working hours and able to adapt to different situations.
The tasks include following the client during school hours as well as during leisure time and assisting her with all ADL (activities of daily living). Experience in similar work, as well as knowledge of epilepsy and low-arousal approaches, is advantageous but not a requirement.
The workplace is where the client is located, primarily at Furuboda Folk High School, but work at other locations may occur during holidays.
Working hours are varied and include day/evening/night (on-call) as well as weekend shifts.
Employment rate: 50% and as needed
A driver's license and car are required.
There are pets both in the school and home environment, so it is very important that you are comfortable with both dogs and cats.
