We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in people for the position of housing supporter at Svea Boende's supported housing in Malmö. We are looking for someone who can work as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Svea Boende, you will work closely with individuals who, due to their issues, mental health problems, diagnoses, and/or illnesses, have been granted support housing assistance from the social services.

Together with each individual, we create an implementation plan and work based on the social services' orders towards individually set goals. The work includes administrative tasks such as record-keeping, risk analysis preparation, implementation plans, and writing monthly reports. We also meet with our clients weekly to ensure their well-being and plan how their set goals can be achieved together with us.

The tasks are varied, and as a housing supporter, you must be flexible and able to switch both pace and working methods during the day, depending on which client you meet.

Working as a housing supporter at Svea Boende means working a lot with supporting, motivating, conversing, and helping based on the individual's needs so that they can live as independently as possible and to give the client good future prospects.

Common tasks, in addition to what has already been mentioned, include providing support to clients during contacts with authorities, medical contacts, employment, but also supporting them in everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning purchases, and some simpler financial tasks.

Working alone may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, we wish for you to be ambitious, patient, reliable, proactive, and able to work in a professional manner. You need to be curious in your work and open to asking questions both to clients, colleagues, and external contacts.

You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Since the job involves working alone, it is important that you can work independently and have the ability to make quick decisions in various situations.

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education as a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
