Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. About the position The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a happy guy in his 30s living in Simrishamn

• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• has a B driver's license as you will be driving the customer's car

• has good physical fitness

• is a competent swimmer

• is cheerful, energetic, curious, and enjoys trying new things

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have experience in sign language communication

• share the customer's interests such as swimming and outings.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours, employment degree, and salary: The current employment form is "As long as the assignment lasts". The position involves work during daytime, evening, and night on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are approximately from 16:00 to 08:30 or from 16:00 to 09:30. At night, it is on-call time for about 7.5 hours. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements. Start date Immediately or according to agreement.
