Sydassistans AB is looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 70s living in Limhamn.

The working shifts are varied: 7:45 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 5 PM, 5 PM - 10:45 PM, and 10:45 PM - 7:45 AM, every day of the week. Parts of the time involve double assistance.

The man requires assistance around the clock with a waking night shift.

We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, and attentive, but also proactive and has a good sense of humor.

The client has paralysis from the chest down, which means he needs help with cooking, eating, personal hygiene, toilet visits, mobility, assistance with leisure activities, and other general support. The client trains a lot, so experience in physiotherapy and knowledge of human anatomy is a plus. Other interests include family, sports, music, and art & design.

Our client has a car that the assistant will drive, so a valid B driver's license is a requirement.

One of our roles as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. We strive to ensure that our clients can live as normal a life as possible despite their disabilities. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants.
