Welcome to build a congregation in beautiful Kullabygden!

Brunnby Church is beautifully located in northwestern Skåne at the foot of Kullaberg. We have about 3,660 residents and approximately 2,300 church members. In the summer, the congregation that celebrates services and the local population doubles. We want to be the church in the middle of the Kullahalvön that offers joy, community, and deepening of faith. Our congregation is characterized by openness and participation with a strong commitment from volunteers, and we want to continue to develop this.

Brunnby congregation consists of Brunnby Church, Arilds, and Mölle chapels. We have many volunteers and are a popular congregation for baptisms and weddings. Sunday is our center where we celebrate services together. In a smaller community like ours, there are many opportunities to build good and long-lasting relationships with people of all ages.

Our focus on children and youth means we now need to hire a new children's leader, and you will be an important part of our young team of ten people. In a short time, we have gained several new children and youth groups, and now we need to strengthen the team. We value a positive attitude and that you are good at making new contacts. You are engaged, playful, responsible, and creative. If you have experience working in the church with similar tasks or play an instrument, that is a plus.

Now we are looking for you who…

• are a childcare worker or equivalent
• have the ability to structure your work independently
• are social and flexible in a team where people work closely together
• have a driver's license and access to a car

The position is 75-100%. Start date August 2025 or by agreement. The application deadline is 2025-04-30. We conduct ongoing interviews.
