Job Responsibilities

Within family law, we currently need additional colleagues with good experience in family law matters. We are currently looking for 1-3 substitutes due to upcoming parental leave/service leave.

At Family Law, we work focused on the child perspective and with tasks within the family law area. We work on behalf of the district court in matters of custody, residence, and visitation. We also work with collaborative conversations, agreements, paternity, and custody transfers. The assignment includes finding solutions together with families within the framework of collaborative conversations, as well as providing feedback on collected information in speech and writing and analyzing and assessing collected information based on established theory.

The assignment requires that you have a good ability to hold conversations with children. It is also important that you, as a family law secretary, can hold conversations with parents in conflict-filled situations. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the work of developing the organization regarding methods and working methods to better meet the needs of Malmö residents, now and in the future.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and at least 3 years of current experience in qualified investigative work within family law or within Children and Family. You have a very good ability to express yourself succinctly in Swedish in speech and writing. We see that you have good computer skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with new digital tools. You are confident in conversations and have experience meeting people in difficult situations.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have extensive experience analyzing collected information based on research on risk and protection and have experience working in the documentation system LifeCare. It is also good if you have a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle. It is advantageous if you, in addition to Swedish, master other languages or have one of the following qualifications:

Basic and advanced training in the family law area
Signs of Safety
Solution-focused
MI
Norrköping model or similar
Risk and protection assessment
BBIC
Other advanced training in investigative work with children and/or in conversation methodology
