JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support assistant, you will provide users with individual support in their daily activities by working in a clear manner, offering predictability, and creating structure in their engagement. You will encourage leisure and cultural activities and participation in society according to the individually set goals of the users, enabling them to be as independent as possible.

We are looking for a colleague who has experience with low-arousal approaches, possesses great patience, and can work both independently and in groups. Participants in Lundens daily activities have a significant need for sensory stimulation, and the work also includes some care tasks.

In your role as a support assistant, you will also plan, design implementation plans, document, conduct regular evaluations, and contribute to maintaining a high quality of service. You will collaborate with parents, relatives, guardians, and other stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will plan your work together with the person you support, understanding how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their daily activities. We work with the individual's needs at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We require that you have a degree in the Care and Nursing Program with a focus on disabilities or the Child and Leisure Program with a vocational outcome in support and service within the disability sector (social work). You have experience with low-arousal approaches.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You have good computer skills. Experience with Treserva or similar operational systems is an advantage.

You are flexible, responsible, self-driven, and can work in a structured manner. You are creative and have the ability to convey a sense of basic security to others.

As a person, you are solution-focused and have good pedagogical insight, as well as a holistic view and good communication skills. You are attentive and find it easy to collaborate with others, striving for a positive atmosphere in the team.

You are calm and secure, have patience, and can sense the user's emotional state.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required for this position.
