The healthcare center Husensjö is a well-functioning, medium-sized operation located near central Helsingborg with good commuting opportunities. The healthcare center has over 8,000 registered patients and 35 employees. We want to be the first choice for residents and workers in our area, whether it concerns acute issues such as infections and accidents or longer contacts and treatments for chronic diseases, for example. With our combined competence and joy at work, we want to contribute to a functioning primary care for our patients.

At the clinic, we have doctors, specialist nurses, a dietitian, a social worker, an occupational therapist, physiotherapists, a rehab coordinator, and medical secretaries. In addition, we have lifestyle clinics, hypertension clinics, smoking cessation programs, a family center, and elderly care clinics. The child health center Fröhuset Husensjö is also directly adjacent to the healthcare center. We are a unit with broad competence and good staffing, including permanently employed doctors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming a social worker to join us for a temporary position between 2025-06-01 and 2025-12-31. In the role of social worker with us, you have significant responsibility for your own clinic. The work involves conducting psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and treatment with the healthcare center's patients. You assess the individual's psychosocial ill health from a holistic perspective and treat patients with various mental and social health conditions based on evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate closely in a team with other professional groups based on a person-centered approach.

Common reasons for contact with us include crisis reactions, anxiety, depression, and stress-related ill health, which means treatment can occur both individually and in groups. We can also offer internet-based treatment.

Our healthcare center is characterized by a good working climate with open communication, and there are good opportunities for development and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants who are trained social workers with additional training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) equivalent to at least step one. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position. We consider experience in primary care and CBT treatment as an advantage. Furthermore, you are accustomed to using IT support and understand the importance of keeping up with the digital development currently taking place in healthcare and social services. Additionally, we view knowledge and experience with the PMO journal system positively.

You are positive, structured, and possess excellent social skills. You are solution-oriented, attentive, and appreciate teamwork while also being accustomed to working independently. You have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective, are flexible, and recognize the benefits of development work.
