We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man in Ystad. He lives with his family and due to his disability, he requires assistance around the clock. He only has physical disabilities, so you will not be assisting cognitively. He leads an active life with many commitments, which is important for you as an assistant to enjoy. Since there is quite a bit of traveling due to work, it is required that you are well-groomed.

Who are you?

To fit the position, we believe you are flexible and enjoy new challenges. You are not unfamiliar with visiting new places as your workplace is wherever the client is, which can be while traveling but of course also at home with the family.

You are adaptable and have no problem with not knowing exactly what your workday may look like.

Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Are a man between 25-50 years old.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (category B).
• Are humble and have the ability to empathize with others' situations.
• Are a person who wants to develop through exciting encounters with other people.
• Love to travel.

About the position

1-2 positions, part-time and extra as needed. We have varying working hours depending on the client's needs. You will work long shifts with sleeping duty at night. There will be quite a bit of job-related travel involved in the position.
