JOB DESCRIPTION
The position involves actively seeking potential customers who already have a decision regarding personal assistance. This means you must have a large network and be unafraid to make new contacts. The tasks include, among other things, administering the customers in your unit and all work related to being responsible for customers. You will also plan and report to your immediate supervisor on how you plan your workweek and which potential customers you have visited. Administration is part of the tasks, which means you will handle staff time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, payroll reporting, and ensure that documentation is completed. You are the immediate supervisor for the personal assistants in your unit. The starting point is from the office in Malmö, but travel is included in the position as you need to be able to reach where the customer is located.
It is a requirement that you have previously worked in an assistance company and have a B driver's license.

In the daily work as a sales-oriented customer manager, tasks may arise at short notice, which requires you to prioritize your tasks. You have support from your colleagues and managers in the organization to solve the problems that arise.
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have experience in administration. You should enjoy contacting new people and have several points of contact that you continuously work with. You are a problem solver who is used to changes, thrives when there is a lot to do, and are a driven person yourself.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Salary is individually determined.
