Job Responsibilities
The work group and our working methods are characterized by a clear youth focus ("boundaries and hugs and stand firm, stand still") where curiosity and innovation are important in combination with humility and respect for our mission. At Klivet, we are all important based on our different roles. In your role as a therapist, team leader, or manager, you are expected to be part of and contribute with yourself and your knowledge to our team on a daily basis!
The social services are our client, and together with the youth and their network, you work based on the youth's needs in the care plan and the jointly determined goals in the implementation plan. The work group has methods and approaches that are tools in our work with the youth, but it also means that you have a central role in the work surrounding the youth and thus also responsibility for good collaboration with the network.
The work is scheduled, which means daytime, evenings, and weekends based on the needs and wishes of the target group and our clients, and places high demands on flexibility, independence, and structure. Guidance and supervision in cases are continuously carried out by both team leaders, external supervisors, and our collaborative psychologist from BUP.
Qualifications
We are looking for a committed employee for a position where you can be employed either as a treatment assistant, social worker Support and Counseling, or social pedagogue, depending on your education and experience. To be employed in the respective role, you need to meet the following requirements:
For Treatment Assistant:
- At least 100 credits in, for example, psychology, behavioral science, diversity, working life, migration, gender, or another social science subject, or a qualified vocational college degree (400 YH) in social work or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience collaborating with schools or authorities (investigation).
- At least 2 years of experience driving psychosocial change work with youth (13-21 years) and their families.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Good knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., SoL, LVU, Confidentiality).
- Driver's license B.
For Social Worker/Social Pedagogue:
- Degree in social work (210 credits) or a higher education of at least 180 credits in social work, social pedagogy, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Good knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., SoL, LVU, Confidentiality).
- Driver's license B.
Meritorious for the position:
- Experience in driving psychosocial change and treatment work with youth (13-21 years) and their families
- Experience working as a family therapist (e.g., FFT)
- Experience collaborating with e.g., BUP and network work
- Training in and experience of rePULSE, MI, KSL, MHFA, or other relevant areas
- Training and/or experience in method support supervision in Connect
- Experience working with documentation and assessments in Digital Journal

About the Workplace
Klivet is an outpatient intervention with a focus on mental health. We target youth aged 13-21 years. By actively working with change work, tailored interventions, and flexibility, we meet the needs of the youth in a way that promotes good mental health. We can be everything from the spider in the web for various authorities and contacts that youth have in their network to performing therapeutic interventions. Our purpose is to prevent and reduce placements as well as breakdowns of ongoing placements while also contributing to shortening placement times and stays within institutions.
