Your Job and Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Planner at SBC, you will work closely with our customers, housing cooperative boards, in their need for maintenance plans. You will support and assist the boards in assessing the upcoming maintenance needs of the properties and the associated costs through high-quality maintenance plans. This is to ensure that our customers can manage their associations as thoroughly and professionally as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting, establishing, and updating maintenance plans and presenting them to the customer.

• Received request via sales or own quoting
• Planning of assignments and gathering of data
• Inspection of properties (visual)
• Compilation of maintenance measures and cost estimates
• Review of maintenance plan with customer

What You Have

We believe you are a structured, meticulous, and unpretentious person who finds it easy to build relationships. You are communicative and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have basic and good construction technical knowledge that you combine with your ability to advise and guide the customer through a maintenance plan.

Experience:

• University or vocational education in real estate, construction.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good construction technical knowledge.
• Good IT skills.
• Driver's license. (Required)
• Experience in preparing maintenance plans. (Meritorious)
• Experience working with housing cooperatives. (Meritorious)
