Job Advertisement: Position as TSL at TVK Mark
One of the Army Staff's focus areas is to build the new army. An army that focuses on capability in the field and in this builds new as well as restructure existing units. The Army Staff develops and manages the army's war units and subordinate units and schools.
The above combined with the continued establishment of the Army Staff as a cohesive force means that the tasks are very varied, developing, and dynamic. We are all solution-focused and take our tasks and responsibilities with great commitment where everything for the army is our driving force.
The Army - when and where it matters!

Personal Qualities
As the work is characterized by many tasks running in parallel, both over long periods and those that arise with very short notice, great flexibility and the ability to prioritize and maintain focus on several tasks simultaneously are required.
We work independently within our respective work and areas of responsibility, but the team's overall results are the most important, and when needed, we support each other with the tasks that are most prioritized at the moment.
A government agency has complex administrative regulations and processes, which means you need to be meticulous and have a certain degree of patience.
The position is administrative, but it is important to be able to understand and have a broad understanding of the equipment you are responsible for. You therefore also need to have a technical interest, which is a prerequisite when you are to be involved in developing existing or creating new products.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and suitability for the position.
