Personal Assistants Needed in Bollebygd

On behalf of our client in Bollebygd, we are looking for personal assistants who are attentive to our client's needs and wishes.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with; interviews and visits with the client will take place before the position is filled. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy.

You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions, but you also know how to take it easy. You have the ability to step back when needed.

The client is a man who lives alone in his apartment in Bollebygd. Assistance is provided in the form of double staffing.

We are now looking for two assistants for larger positions as well as summer substitutes.

Personal assistance is provided around the clock, with awake night shifts at the client's home. Experience in personal assistance is beneficial but not necessary to be considered for the position. A B driver's license is required, but having your own car is not necessary as the client has his own vehicle.

Your Responsibilities

• Tasks related to the profession.
• This can range from individualized care to household chores.
• Assistance is primarily conducted in the client's home but also includes accompanying the client on activities outside the home.
• You will work in a supportive and motivating manner.

Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
