As a Coordinator

With us, you will be part of a close-knit team that cares about the best interests of the children. In your role, you will work from our office alongside a team consisting of dedicated family home consultants and your immediate manager. This is to best support both the team and our family homes, all of which work to ensure that every child has a home to long for. Here, you will combine both strategic and operational work as you support our family home consultants in their daily tasks and assist in our outpatient operations. In close collaboration with your immediate manager, you will investigate, recruit, and guide family homes and provide guidance in complex cases. Additionally, you will maintain contact with clients and take on a follow-up responsibility regarding our placements, documentation, and on-call duties. A varied role with meaningful tasks, close collaboration with your manager and colleagues, and an inclusive environment that cares for our employees' well-being awaits you.

We are looking for someone with:

…a heart in the right place and experience in social work. You are passionate about creating long-term solutions and being a support in challenging situations. As a person, you are secure, flexible, and structured. With your problem-solving ability and caring nature, you remain steady and calm even if the path forward changes direction. With your strategic skills, you contribute to the development of both the organization and the team. Previous experience in leadership or as a coordinator is a plus.

Our requirements:

• A degree in social work and previous experience in social work, preferably with family homes.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work strategically and structured, with a focus on quality and development.
• Curiosity and flexibility – you thrive in an environment where change is a natural part of the work.
• Training in child welfare investigations is an advantage.
